Sotsaker - [sweet]
Experience an irresistible range of elegant & familiar sweet treats. This board can be whimsical or elegant, sophisticated or child-like. The vibrant colors & textures will evoke immense joy & quite possibly a childhood memory! The Sotsaker has an assortment of fresh fruit, sweet nibbles, baked goods, & dipping spreads. It will evoke a delightful journey of your senses!
Notes:
- Charcuterie is served on a custom, locally made board. If you would like to keep the actual board, it is available to purchase.
- Each board is a one-of-a-kind creation. Our artistic process and the seasonal nature of our ingredients mean that every board will vary slightly each time.
- Wine pairings coming soon.
Custom Serving Board
All charcuterie are served on a custom, locally made board, yours to keep if you would like. Boards will be unique and come in a variety of shapes. If you prefer not to keep the board, we will schedule a pickup within 48 hours of your event. A $35 pickup & cleaning fee applies.
Board Delivery
We only offer delivery at this time. Pick-up is not available. Delivery is available throughout the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen to Glenwood Springs, CO). A $30 delivery fee will be added at checkout.
Allergy and Dietary Restrictions
- Vegan or gluten-free boards are available upon request. Please add this as a note when checking out. We will do our best to accomodate.
- Please understand that our kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contamination is possible. Our facility handles common allergens including dairy, wheat, tree nuts, and peanuts, among others. As such, our products are not suitable for individuals with severe allergies.
NOTE: Boards must be ordered 48–72 hours in advance of an event. For an additional fee, rush orders may be accommodated on a limited basis—please contact us to inquire.
